What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 12 months internal sales, or other outbound calling experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to stay focused on calling a volume of our customers daily, whilst building outstanding rapport
  • Organisational skills coupled with attention to detail will be key
  • In our fast-based business, time management, productivity, adaptability, and great listening skills would be a natural, for our ideal candidate
  • Require excellent accuracy and a strong foundation in basic IT skills

Responsibilities and Tasks include:

  • Regular contact to existing customers to obtain information and provide service
  • Proactively calling our existing clients to offer the benefits of additional services
  • Communication with customers across the UK will be predominantly phone based
  • Flexible hours preferred, full training will be provided
